1. Purpose

This app is an internal enterprise tool for authorized employees. While you are signed in, it reads incoming SMS from any sender (mobile number, bank, Flipkart, Google, Amazon, etc.), extracts one-time password (OTP) digits, and forwards them to your personal OTP channel on Infogain’s secure cloud API.

2. Data we process

• SMS content — while signed in; OTP digits extracted from any sender
• Account data — email or phone, name (registration/login)
• Device ID — to link your phone to your account

We do not read contacts, photos, location, or unrelated SMS when you are signed out.

3. Data retention

OTPs are stored on the server for a short TTL (about 5 minutes) then expire. SMS bodies are not kept long-term.

4. Data sharing

Data is sent only to Infogain’s OTP platform at otp.mailoffice.in. It is not sold or shared with advertisers.

5. Permissions

• RECEIVE_SMS — core function: detect incoming OTP SMS
• INTERNET — send OTP to cloud API
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS — optional status alerts

6. Your choices

You can stop processing at any time by tapping Stop in the app or uninstalling. You may revoke SMS permission in Android Settings.

7. Security

All production traffic uses HTTPS. Access requires your account sign-in.
